Autumn Exchange Received

Today in the mail I received my Autumn Exchange piece from Stephanie!  It's just the cutest squirrel and the colors of my kitchen!  Thank you so much, I love it!  Can you tell me the pattern?  It came a long way....from Arizona to Ohio!  I love getting stuff in the mail!  Made my day, thank you!
